These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Bruges Duck Store and to every distance contract concluded between Bruges Duck Store and the consumer. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing. <\/p>\n

3. Offer
Bruges Duck Store offers a wide range of plastic ducks, including decorative and thematic designs. Each product is described as accurately as possible on the Website. Since the products can be handmade or unique, small variations may occur. <\/p>\n

4. Prices
All prices on the Website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. <\/p>\n

5. Orders and Payment
Orders will only be processed after receipt of payment. Bruges Duck Store offers various payment options, as stated on the Website. You are responsible for providing correct and complete information with your order. <\/p>\n

6. Delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your order within the specified period. Bruges Duck Store is not liable for delays caused by external carriers. If a product is not in stock, you will be informed. <\/p>\n

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Return costs are for the account of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. <\/p>\n

8. Complaints
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Bruges Duck Store within a reasonable time via info@brugesduckstore.be. We strive to handle complaints within 14 days. <\/p>\n

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, such as texts, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of Bruges Duck Store and protected by intellectual property rights. Use without written permission is prohibited. <\/p>\n

10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Bruges. <\/p>\n
